She left her courage in that forest
The forest of the Sneeds
Where luck couldn't save the luckiest
And fate wins out over greed
Most of her time was spent
Searching for the braveness of her heart
Rather than looking inside herself
She questioned the questions and their parts
And the grass just swayed between
The calculated breaths of the wind
As the little girl sat quite patiently
Waiting for her answers around the bend
Then the tree at last spoke out
Its voice eloquent and true
"Silly little girl,
answers will never look for you"
"They hide within the willows
Of every human's time unspent
And for you little patient one
Your answers just slyly came and went!"
