Let it fall to pieces
Throw your hands away
For the copper ring of moonlight
Sings your song today
Past the sage of sunlight
Harmful wishing well
Captures all the moments
Saves them for a spell
Still you venture further
Guided by the knight
For he holds all of everything
The answers of the light
Keep calm little child
Have faith in days fleeting whims
For the fever in the moonlight
Will wade as the moon does dim
And you young child will rise
Within the storm of light
And leave behind the worries
Of the unforgiving night
**While my students are testing, I get to write strange poetry :)
Just too brilliant. I love these adventures.
